Hard times can feel inevitable in life. Whether caused by external circumstances or internal conflict, we all face challenges that feel overwhelming at some point in our lives. From juggling all of life’s responsibilities to losing a loved one, talk therapy can be a wonderful tool in helping you manage those inevitable hard times. Having an unbiased professional to speak to and process thoughts and actions can be immensely helpful in navigating your life.

I have provided talk therapy to individuals since 2023 after graduating from the University of Memphis with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My experience includes treating a wide variety of disorders and issues with a focus on trauma, loss, and life transitions. I also work with issues such as anxiety, depression, abuse, and relational challenges. I see individuals, couples, and families, and I am honored to work with the LGBTQ+ community.

I am now certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), which allows me to integrate evidence-based listening therapy to help clients regulate their nervous systems and feel more grounded. In addition, I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my practice, as I have a passion for helping others thrive in their given circumstances and work toward living a life true to their values.

As someone who has experienced struggle and loss in my own life, I understand how big a step seeking help can be. I am here as a professional ready to start that conversation with you. I am a native to the Memphis suburbs and have lived in both the rural surrounding areas as well as within the city proper. I enjoy art, love to paint, and often bring creative elements into sessions when clients are interested. In my free time, I can also be found spending time with my pets, playing video games, or hosting a game of Dungeons and Dragons. I am ready and motivated to help you with whatever you’re facing!
