KELLY EARNHEART, MSSW
Kelly Earnheart
Kelly Earnheart, MSSW, is a clinical social worker who received her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and holds a certification in Trauma Treatment. She is deeply committed to providing a client-centered, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. Kelly believes in always placing her clients’ well-being first, helping them gain insight into their emotional triggers and behavioral patterns while building the tools to manage them in healthier, more empowering ways.
She supports individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges, with a focus on healing from trauma, abuse, grief, anxiety, depression, perinatal concerns, and relationship struggles. Drawing from approaches like CBT, ACT, MI, art therapy, and mindfulness, she tailors each session to meet her clients’ unique needs.
Kelly also shares openly about her own journey of trauma, grief, working through FOMO (fear of missing out), and imposter syndrome, which allows her to connect authentically with clients who struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, or comparison.
Outside of her practice, Kelly enjoys life with her husband and two children as they embrace the ups and downs of parenting a teenager and a pre-teen. She enjoys watching football – especially as a proud UT VOLS fan – along with beach trips, movies, singing, and all things Jimmy Buffett. At home, she’s happily followed from room to room by the true CEO of the household, Molly, the family’s bougie Coton de Tulear therapeutic lap dog.
Kelly accepts some insurance plans and self-paying individuals.
